At FixAskHQ, we strive for complete client satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business, recognizing the time and resources invested in custom services.
2. Consultation Calls
Our initial clarity calls are free of charge. There is no fee and therefore no refund applicable for these discovery sessions.
3. Project-Based Services
For one-time project engagements:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of project start if no work has been delivered
- Once custom work has been delivered, refunds are prorated based on work completed
- No refunds are available once a project is 50% complete or more
4. Monthly Retainer Services
For ongoing monthly services:
- You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice
- Refunds are not provided for the current billing period
- Services will continue through the end of the paid period
- No long-term contracts or cancellation fees
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will work with you to address concerns and, if necessary, make adjustments to ensure you receive value from our partnership.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email info@fixaskhq.com with your request and reason
- We will review your request within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Third-party software licenses or subscriptions purchased on your behalf
- Domain registrations or hosting fees
- Completed training sessions or delivered documentation
8. Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend services until the matter is resolved. We encourage direct communication to resolve any issues.
9. Changes to Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will not affect existing service agreements unless mutually agreed upon.
